SST-21 is a control system modules LED moving sign or matrix in which the process of setting scanning LEDs and the animation is done by this module. Users only need to send commands via serial port / UART only. By using the Moving Sign Controller UART can be connected to the microcontroller UART or RS232 port of a PC. For laptops and PCs that do not have RS232 ports can be added module 232070-0021 DU-that serves as a UART to USB converter
